* Free in‑store pickup is available at our Granville Island location.

* Pickup hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, daily.

Return & Exchange Policy

Requests for returns or exchanges may be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, items must be:

* Unworn and unwashed

* In original condition with all tags attached

* Free from stains, odors, or damage

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

* All sale, discounted, or promotional items are FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Return Shipping

* For returns due to sizing or personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

* If the item is defective or incorrect, Sweet Monkey will cover the return shipping fee.
