We currently ship within Canada only using Canada Post.

Free Shipping Thresholds (before tax):

* BC Province: Free shipping on orders over $150

* Other Canadian Provinces: Free shipping on orders over $250

Shipping fees for orders below the threshold will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, postal delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Customers may choose free in-store pickup at checkout.

Pickup orders must be collected within a reasonable timeframe. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.

Customers may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase or delivery, provided that:

* Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition
* All tags and packaging are intact
* A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided
* Customer is responsible for return shipping costs


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

* Sale / Clearance items
* Underwear, socks, tights, and any intimate or close-to-skin garments
* Gift cards
* Items not in resellable condition


We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.

We offer complimentary tissue paper gift wrapping for eligible items.

Some oversized or irregular items may not be eligible.

Sweet Monkey gift cards:

* Are available for purchase online and in-store

* Are non-refundable

* Do not expire

* Cannot be redeemed for cash
